The GAP Cost Share program to individual producers is no longer available. TDA still supports and encourages all specialty crop producers to take part in the Online Safety Course mentioned below and complete a Third Party Audit. 

TDA has partnered with two audit firms to help offset the cost of a third party audit to a specialtiy crop producer.

Texas AgriLife Food Safety Online Course

Food Safety: Texas GAPs & GHPs covers a variety of food safety related topics. Participants will earn a certificate upon completion and passing the end of course exam. http://agrilifefoodsafety.tamu.edu/
