Slaughter Cattle:

As of 3:00 PM Friday in Nebraska and Western Cornbelt, negotiated cash trading has been slow on light demand. In both regions a few live and dressed purchases traded from 152.00-153.00 and at 240.00, respectively. However, not enough purchases in either region for a full market trend. In the Southern Plains negotiated cash trading has been at a standstill. Thursday was the last reported market in these regions. In the Southern Plains live purchases traded at 150.00. In Nebraska live and dressed purchases traded from 152.00-153.00 and at 240.00, respectively. In the Western Cornbelt live and dressed purchases traded from 151.00-153.00 and at 240.00, respectively.
