Slaughter Cattle:

As of 3:00 PM Wednesday, negotiated cash trading has been at a standstill in all major feeding region. In the Texas Panhandle live purchases traded at 114.00 on Tuesday. Last week in Kansas live purchases were at 114.00. For the prior week in Nebraska live and dressed purchases from 113.00-114.00 and at 180.00, respectively. For the previous week in the Western Cornbelt live and dressed purchases were from 112.00-115.00 and at 180.00, respectively.
