Slaughter Cattle:

As of 3:00 PM Thursday in Kansas, Nebraska and Western Cornbelt, negotiated cash trading has been limited on light demand. Not enough purchases in these regions for a market trend. In the Texas Panhandle and Colorado negotiated cash trading has been at a standstill. Wednesday was the last reported market in the Southern Plains and Northern Plains with live purchases at 114.00 and dressed purchases, in Nebraska, traded at 180.00. Last week in the Western Cornbelt live and dressed purchases traded at 114.00 and 182.00, respectively.
